Consilios ELS Direct Hire Division is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant for our law firm client in Atlanta, Georgia.
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (DOE)Team Composition: Good group of attorneys (3 partners, 1 of counsel, 3 associates)Practice Areas: Corporate, M&A, TechnologyCore Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunchWork Schedule: 40-hour work week, hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) after 6-month transition period ** Maintain attorney contacts in InteractionManage and maintain attorney schedules and calendarsSchedule conference calls using Microsoft Teams and ZoomPerform conflict searches, prepare engagement letters and open new client mattersMaintain CLE records for attorneysAssist attorneys with daily time entryReview and revise client pre-bills, and submit final invoice drafts to Accounting to send to clientProvide back-up assistance to other Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and colleaguesFormat, edit, print, scan and file documentsInvestigate inquiries providing timely responsesPrepare and submit attorney expense reportsLogistical preparation for meetings, conference calls, including conference room reservations for in-house meetings, meal orders, technology needs, reminders to attendees, etc.Liaison with all internal departments on behalf of the attorneysComplete special projects as directed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
