You need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10 years' management experience.
Exemplary written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute.
Experience managing large budgets and overseeing a team of 10+.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the desire to build lasting relationships internally and with retail partners.
Demonstrated experience and success in a leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, organize and summarize complex financial information.
Demonstrated ability to take a leadership role in building a solid foundation for future growth.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
