Our partner, a global leader in human-powered security, is seeking a

Commercial Counsel

to support its mission of creating a safer internet. This remote position, operating on West Coast hours, requires collaboration with various teams within the company.

Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, distribution agreements, reseller agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and other related documents
Review product and commercial matters including vendor and partnership agreements
Advise on corporate governance matters, audits, and corporate transactions
Work cross-functionally to support business development and innovation
Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate matters to non-lawyers
Contribute positively to the legal team and the company

Requirements

Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school (JD) and bar admission in good standing
5 years of legal experience including transactional experience, preferably with international exposure
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to change

Benefits

Compensation Range: $196K - $220K
