Your New Role: Step into the heart of our operations as an Inside Counter Sales Specialist at East Lawn Supply. Here, you'll engage with customers, provide expert guidance, and play a pivotal role in our continued success.
Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers, addressing inquiries, and providing product recommendations.
Take and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining customer records and generating sales reports.
Assist in receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a well-organized inventory area.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, stay updated on features, and collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and identify upsell opportunities.
Work closely with team members from different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training programs and industry events.

Must be able to work at the Nazareth, PA location and available to work alternating Saturday mornings.
