As Creative Lead, you'll play a crucial role in driving our brand forward, ensuring that our creative vision is consistently conveyed across all channels including social media, email, digital, and beyond.
Great Candidates : As our Creative Lead, you'll be responsible for spearheading all brand creative initiatives, from concept to execution. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in developing captivating visuals and messaging that resonate with our audience. Proficiency in design tools is a must as you'll be the driving force behind our visual identity across various platforms.
Responsibilities and Role:
Creative Ideation
Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate on marketing campaign ideas to drive brand awareness and consideration across all marketing pillars
Content Creation
Concept, develop, and build a wide variety of creative assets to support sales and marketing objectives
Transform creative concepts into dynamic design and storytelling assets for multiple outlets including but not limited to social media, email, web and digital, PR, and more
Design visually compelling enablement tools from sales decks, customer success collateral, and other internal materials to support sales teams
Collaborate on copy with the larger marketing team
Brand Execution
Maintain, support, and elevate our brand standards by ensuring that designs are consistent with brand standards and systems while continuing to push the boundaries
Ad hoc projects as needed
Execute day-to-day, monthly, and seasonal design requests
Brand Maintenance
Maintain the organization of all brand assets
Work on multiple concurrent design projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity
Candidate Competencies:
3+ years of related experience in design, advertising, or brand creative
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand design of video and still assets across various mediums, including social, digital, print, and more
Creative ideator with the willingness to collaborate and exchange ideas with others
Strong attention to detail with the ability to implement brand standards diligently
Demonstrates the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and effectively convey ideas
Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for marketing and a desire to continuously learn and grow
Willingness to accept feedback and make adjustments when necessary
Experience in video production a plus

Compensation:

This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary of $55,000 - 65,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
