Your responsibilities on the project will be: - Plan and execute daily campaigns and manage player communication across various channels (email, notifications, and onsite) to drive engagement and retention within the Casino vertical, aligning with the Marketing guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team (designers, content writers) to create effective campaign briefs.
- Serve as the creative counterpart for the CRM team, ensuring that promotions are relevant, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
- Generate innovative concepts to enhance player retention for the Casino product.
- Implement a reward strategy that maximizes player retention and encourages return visits.
- Utilize CRM systems and tools to ensure flawless delivery for all player segments.
- Conduct thorough testing of campaigns before presenting them to players.
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate campaign performance and provide reports to management.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to accelerate learning and apply key insights.
- Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent, compliant, and follows the Brand and Best practice guidelines.

Our requirements to you: - At least 3 years of experience in a marketing/CRM Marketing team (experience in a similar role would be beneficial).
- Exposure to optimizing CRM techniques, segmentation, and campaign planning is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with a curious mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills and take on evolving tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail, enabling accurate work within fast-paced guidelines and requests.
- Ambitious and eager to learn, with a keen interest in marketing, content creation and communications.
- Proactive attitude towards driving continuous improvement, embracing challenges, and seizing opportunities.
