Cross Creeks Country Club (CCCC) has an immediate need for Court Staff. This will be a full-time non-exempt position, with a schedule ranging from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM with up to 40 hours and weekends required.

Duties & Responsibilities for Court Staff

The Court Staff at Crossing Creeks Country Club is responsible for assisting in daily operations including answering phones, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling tee times, registering golf members and guests, the sale of merchandise, food and beverages, assisting in tournaments/clinics, and maintaining cleanliness of the grounds and courts. The Court Staff will strive to provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service for our members and guests on the course. Duties and responsibities include:


Maintaining a high level of top-notch customer service and professionalism to a wide range of diverse customers
Assisting with checking in golf members and guests Ensuring all players are registered, this includes policing courtsPreparing and selling food, concessions, and beverages (including alcohol); selling merchandiseCleaning and maintaining grounds around the courts and court bathroomsEnsuring Courts are dry and clean at all timesAssisting with tournaments and clinicsAssisting in daily operations including but not limited to: Registering players, taking reservations, collecting dues, and answering phonesCoordinating members needs and generally assisting members as requested Reporting any issues/problems to the Club Supervisor immediately – follow chain of commandShowing leadership and direction with co-workers and other staff membersCommunicating appropriately with members, guests and co-workersGreeting all members and guests as they enter the courts in a warm and welcoming mannerAdhering to and ensuring compliance with Crossing Creeks Country Club policies, procedures and customer service standardsParticipating in maintaining a safe, clean and organized environmentCovering Cart Staff and Field Marshall duties as neededOther duties as assigned Physical Demands Requires full range of body motionStanding and maneuvering independently and safely around work areaStanding and walking for extensive periods of timeEye-hand coordinationPushing and pullingClimbing (ascending and descending)Bending / StoopingUsing arm, leg and back muscles for extended periodsOccasionally lifts and carries items weighing greater than 50 poundsRequires corrected vision and hearing to within normal rangePotential for cuts and bruises Requirements Displays a positive attitude and passion for Crossing Creeks Country ClubCustomer service experienceCritical thinking skills; ability to work autonomously and make efficient use of time and resourcesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, that offers highest level of compassion to all members, guests, and staff; ability to communicate in a non-aggressive manner under pressureStrong interpersonal skills, impeccable organizational skills and time management skillsMeeting performance expectations and holding oneself accountable for all actionsIntegrity and responsibilityFlexibility to meet scheduling demands of departmentAble to work unsupervised; willingness to take an initiative and ability to work as a team member/independently to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detailRemain current with all organization policies, procedures, and systemsDemonstrated competency of position responsibilities and requirements within 90 days, as evaluated by SupervisorMaintain TABC/food handling license requirementsAbility to read, write, and speak the English language Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay: $12Fresh meal during shift
