(Cssna) Advanced Warehouse Operator

Job Details: Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Pay Rate: $20-$23/HR
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Some experience is beneficial but not required, as long as candidates possess the following traits:
Team-oriented Task-focused Even-keeled personality Organized Positive attitude Experience handling counting/small parts Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Stop work and report major injury hazards immediately. Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote interdependence and look out for team members. Correct hazards within your control and capabilities. Minimize negative environmental impact. Quality: Follow applicable standard work, instructions, and quality procedures. Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming material. Delivery: Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, and store goods efficiently. Operate manual and automated equipment for product picking, packing, and shipping. Maintain competency in core work skills and meet defined standards. Teamwork: Communicate effectively within the team and with support teams. Complete required training and actively participate in improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean and organized work area, perform routine housekeeping, and equipment maintenance tasks. Collaborate with peers, skilled trades, and support staff for equipment maintenance and repair.
