OverviewThis is a PRN position $4.00 Shift Differential Expected pay for this position is $38.26 - $50.06/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist I provides patient-centered service as an imaging technologist in Computed Tomography. Under the direction of the radiologist, the CT Technologist performs CT exams and procedures with minimal supervision, at a technical level. The CT Technologist administers ionizing radiation for adequate diagnostic quality while abiding by ALARA guidelines and meeting all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Graduate of JRCERT accredited school of Radiology.Licensure/ Certification: Radiology License Radiology Registration IEMA license in RadiographyRadiology Registration from American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) RegistryAmerican Heart Association (BLS)Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Graduate of a CT certification programLicensure/ Certification: CT CertificationOSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
