CT Technologist Port Jefferson, NY New York Imaging (NYI), provides a comprehensive range of cutting-edge diagnostic imaging services from state-of-the-art modalities at various institutions.
Our patient-oriented imaging center promotes a positive experience.
We are conveniently located throughout Long Island: in Lake Success and Port Jefferson Station, with affiliated locations in Riverhead, Setauket, and Southampton.


In this role you will: Operate CT equipment, which produces cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs and tissue that are used to diagnose medical conditions.
Prepare patients for these diagnostic procedures by explaining the process and positioning patients to correctly capture the images requested by a Physician.
We require: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, required. New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic.
Technologist with certification in IV contrast administration (required.
) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Technologist (R.T.) (preferred.)
One year experience in the field of radiology (preferred) Excellent computer knowledge, Word/Excel.
Good communication skills.
Salary Up to $57 per hour
