Click here for more detailsJob EssentialsEnsuring communication in the kitchen by calling out orders, getting the status on dishes, and calling room service staff to deliver trays. Informing the room service staff when certain dishes or ingredients have run out and passing food requests from the call center to room service. Ensuring that all orders are completed in time and with the correct priority. Keeping the storage and prep areas clean, neat, and well-stocked. Ensuring all staff adheres to health and safety standards. Handling complaints and looking for solutions. Ensures the efficient flow of orders. Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority. Assist in the final preparation of dishes. Check dishes before delivery for accuracy and presentation. Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in cleaning. Transfer important information between the kitchen and the room service staff. Food prep as needed. Support other tasks as neededMinimum QualificationsFood handler's permit (as required by facility.
