Job Description:

Macy's is currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful, driven, possess strong decision-making skills, and be able to cooperate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback through various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media.2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with product questions and recommendations.6. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues.7. Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals.8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, promotions, and procedures.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.7. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.8. Must be resourceful, driven, and have strong decision-making skills.
