Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position is perfect for someone at the Associate level with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for our online customers, providing excellent customer service and support through various online platforms- Build strong relationships with customers and help them navigate our online services to ensure a seamless experience- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience and provide feedback to the appropriate teams- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Assist with onboarding new customers and training them on how to use our online services effectively- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and take proactive measures to address any concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Passionate about providing top-notch customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is required- Experience working with online platforms or digital tools is a plus- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
