Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Hess, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Support Officer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and implement creative solutions to improve customer experience- Continuously develop emotional intelligence skills to better understand and respond to customer needs

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently- Emotional intelligence to effectively navigate challenging situations with customers- Creativity to develop innovative solutions to customer issues- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be eligible to work in the United States
