About the Role:

As a Customer Care Manager at Pluristyx, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer care representatives, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and implementing best practices to improve service delivery. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning our customer care initiatives with the broader mission of Pluristyx, which is to contribute to meaningful advancements in our industry.


Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the customer care team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and engagement. Develop and implement customer care strategies that align with company goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, encouraging proactive communication and problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction. Create and maintain documentation of customer interactions, processes, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve service delivery. Prepare regular reports on customer care performance and present findings to senior management. Requirements: A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Confidence in leading a team and making decisions that impact customer satisfaction. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Persuasive communication skills, capable of influencing and motivating team members and customers alike. Experience in customer service or related fields, with a preference for candidates who have held leadership roles. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in improving processes. Ability to adapt to changing environments and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
