Training and Development: Design and implement training programs for customer care representatives to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on customer service performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
