Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team at BMW. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Fort Worth, Texas, US. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to BMW customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a set timeframe- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints- Provide accurate information about BMW products and services- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Continuously improve customer service processes to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
