Job Description:
ManpowerGroup is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner3. Providing product information and assistance to customers4. Processing orders and payments accurately5. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed6. Requirements:1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role2. Hardworking and confident personality traits3. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively6. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software7. High school diploma or equivalent
