Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team at WestRock. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Washington, D.C., US at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and motivated, as well as the soft skills of time management and creativity.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.3. Process orders accurately and efficiently.4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
