Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service• Schedule lessons, facility rentals, and other services using our booking system• Assist customers in the retail area, offering product knowledge and assisting with purchases• Maintain and operate pitching machines and other equipment• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times• Interact with customers, providing guidance, support, and addressing any concerns or questions• Promote and sell memberships, and other academy offerings• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all customers
Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Previous experience in retail, customer service, and scheduling is preferred• Knowledge and passion for baseball and/or softball is a plus• Ability to maintain and operate pitching machines is desirable• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
