Job Description:

Campbell Soup is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Los Angeles, California. This entry-level position does not require any previous experience and is perfect for individuals who are independent, driven, and adaptable.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints- Research product information to accurately answer customer questions- Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize CRM software to record and track customer interactions- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times- Meet established KPIs and targets for customer satisfaction and response times- Act as an ambassador for the Campbell Soup brand, representing our values and commitment to quality

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong research skills to accurately address customer inquiries- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- High level of adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment- Comfortable using technology and CRM software- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work- Must be willing to travel occasionally for team meetings or training- Must have a reliable internet connection and personal computer- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
