RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phoneService appointment scheduling for customers over the phone and in person.Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office dutiesProvide basic information to callers who have general inquiriesFollow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guestsHandle customer complaints with integrity and poise Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication and organizational skillsExperience using Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be willing to submit to a drug screen & background checkHours for this position are Full Time: 9am-6pm Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays 7:00am-4:00pm
