As the Customer Service Manager, you will be part of the Service Team supporting production and customer relations. Your Role: Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service by managing customer expectations and addressing inquiries via phone or email.
Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Keep the team informed about customer feedback and complaints.
Quality Assurance: Accurately enter customer orders into our IT system.
Create and verify invoices promptly to maintain error-free records.
Order Tracking & Communication: Provide updates to customers on their order statuses.
Maintain an organized document management system for sales orders.
Leadership & Collaboration: Oversee and support customer service representatives.
Work closely with managers in shipping, warehouse, scheduling, production, and inventory to enhance operational processes.
Address and resolve any order-related issues swiftly.
Reporting & Coordination: Compile and publish daily order reports.
