Our client, in Henderson, KY is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be part of the Service Team supporting production and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong phone presence and exceptional leadership which will align successfully in the organization.

Your Role: Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service by managing customer expectations and addressing inquiries via phone or email.
Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Keep the team informed about customer feedback and complaints.
Quality Assurance: Accurately enter customer orders into our IT system.
Create and verify invoices promptly to maintain error-free records.
Order Tracking & Communication: Provide updates to customers on their order statuses.
Maintain an organized document management system for sales orders.
Leadership & Collaboration: Oversee and support customer service representatives.
Work closely with managers in shipping, warehouse, scheduling, production, and inventory to enhance operational processes.
Address and resolve any order-related issues swiftly.
Reporting & Coordination: Compile and publish daily order reports.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to achieving results.
Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with software tools for order tracking and management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team.
