Customer Service Representative/Csr

Position Summary:
Provide polite, accurate, and professional customer service related to eligibility, dental benefits, and claims payment; performs claim and benefit research, reconciliation, adjudication, data entry, adjustments, and related reporting. Respond to written inquiries and appeals in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills that are consistent, efficient, and accurate; Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft applications to independently respond and create customer communications; Excellent time management skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple deadlines required; Willing and able to think outside the box to assist customers; Skilled communicator, with effective verbal, written, and listening skills; Bilingual a plus; Ability to lift 30 pounds; EDUCATION:  High School diploma or GED. #vipstaffing #csr #clerial #claims #billing
