Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers at branded events to promote products and services.Deliver outstanding customer experiences and represent the brand with confidence and professionalism.Build and maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.Assist in increasing customer acquisitions and retention through face-to-face interactions.Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and close sales.Manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event marketing is a plus but not required.
