Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers over the phone, in person, and through virtual chats• Manage customer flow and provide excellent phone skills and conflict resolution• Meet customer needs and contribute to achieving Five-Star Customer Service• Address customer concerns and escalate when necessary• Promote alteration services and maintain store standards• Respond to customer questions and build long-term relationships• Assist with inventory management and cash wrap transactions• Support sales promotions and visual updates• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty stores• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and lift up to 25 pounds• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of dress alterations and personalization options• Attention to detail and ability to maintain dress code standards• Proficiency with electronic devices and phone usage
