Position Title: Customer Service Representative
- Location: Oldsmar, FL
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Customer Service Representative will provide product knowledge and account support to customers, internal and external, in a courteous and proactive manner.
In particular, you will:
- Read and understand procedures and instructions on customer service processes.
- Answer calls promptly and courteously.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter customer orders into the current order management system (SAP) on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of products and technical information.
- Knowledge of alternate products based on cost, availability, and customer requirements.
- Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage assigned distributor accounts.
- Monitor scheduled ship dates to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Run ZOTCM report daily.
- Knowledge of google docs, sheets, and google meet.
- Good understanding of SAP.
- Must be able to multitask efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to pay close attention to details.Are you a MATCH?
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have at least 2 years experience in internal and/or external customer service or Customer related administration.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software.
