Compensation: $24.32 per hour

Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Problem solver, and self-motivator
Setup shipments based on customer needs.
Track and follow up on shipments, to ensure picked up/delivered on time, while communicating with customer on all essential updates
Ensure all shipments are routed and moving, to ensure meets delivery due dates.
Ensure proper data entry for accurate information and proper instructions are notated.
Provide prompt and accurate customer service, assuring customer satisfaction.
Follow all procedures (work instructions, training, etc.), safety and quality policies, processes, and customer profiles appropriately without making exceptions
Arrange and schedule delivery appointments for various shipping/receiving warehouses.
Ability to breakdown accounts and customer requirements, and direct team members on how to proceed.
Document issues, and area of improvements and provide examples in meetings.
On-call rotations, including holidays.
Generate report per customer's request.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
College degree is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in general Logistics Knowledge in Freight and related fields
Minimum of 1 year of experience in WMS systems.
Advanced level – Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Detail oriented with 100% accuracy is a must without exception.
Excellent written and communication as well as customer service skills are strongly required.
Strong Words and Excel.
Works under general or minimal supervision.
A self-starter with professionalism, good common sense, and strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to work cooperatively with others at all levels within the organization.
Have positive enthusiasm, the drive to succeed, and a passion for the job.
