Seeking Customer Service Representative at an Industry leading Chemical Company in Wilmington, DEPay Rate: $20/hr40 hour work week with 3 days in office M, W, TH and 2 days remote T, F
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs• Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests• Customer Engagement and Order Management• Responsible for multiple SAP transactions i.e. order entry, returns, credits/debits, quality notifications, outputs, deliveries/shipments, invoices• Support customers with all their administrative and technical questions• Build working relationships with commercial team partners to exceed customer expectations• Analyze customer ordering patterns to anticipate customer needs• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner• Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment• Quickly identify and own resolution of customer issues• Responsible for investigating and driving timely resolution of customer disputes
Requirements
• High school Education or GED• Are 18 years or older• Have a reliable means to work• Must have 12 months of SAP experience - SAP 12 Advanced SAP/R2/R3 12
