As a Trainee, youll play a vital role in enhancing patient care and supporting our pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities: Accurately enter pharmacy-related data and proactively seek additional sources to ensure completeness and accuracy for our pharmacy operations team.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve common data entry issues.
Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Document all process information and data discoveries in accordance with operating procedures.
Utilize Knowledge Base materials to effectively resolve inquiries.
Uphold confidentiality of patient and proprietary information at all times.
Develop a thorough understanding of company security and privacy practices.
Engage in ongoing education regarding product changes, new features, and launches.
Contribute to improving the patient experience by providing valuable feedback to management to enhance products, materials, and processes.
Requirements: A genuine desire to work in a customer-centric role focused on patient care.
High school diploma or GED required.
Customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory; we value a willingness to learn.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex software systems.
