Job Description:
Charter Communications is seeking a driven and hardworking Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Dallas, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or related roles, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or escalations.- Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive resolution to any challenges.- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.- Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and satisfaction rates.- Provide training and guidance to customers on best practices for using our products and services effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.- Innovative mindset with a passion for finding creative solutions to challenges.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
