Job Description:
Steel Dynamics is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns in a timely manner- Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively- Monitor customer usage data and provide insights for product development and improvement- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth- Act as a brand ambassador for Steel Dynamics, promoting our products and services to new and existing customers
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Adaptable and energetic personality traits- Strong planning and strategic planning skills- Equal opportunity employer
