The CSR II primary function is to provide support to the residential sales and service teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include tracking sales leads and paperwork, daily CRM updating, scheduling appointments, processing daily paperwork, coordinating service technician schedule and billing for all residential sales activities.

Daily activity includes following up on phone, email, and mail correspondence in a timely manner, maintaining sales paperwork, reviewing, and processing prior day's installations, scheduling customer installations, and services, processing payments, and miscellaneous duties related to the position.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED

5 years of experience in administrative\customer service duties or similar clerical position.

Professional Skills:

Multi-tasking, strong analytical skills, problem solving, and attention to details is a plus.

Team oriented but able to work independently.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong customer service skills and willingness to support sales department.

Computer proficiency, especially use of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Specific experience with maintaining Outlook calendars.
