About the Role: JDSAT is seeking a skilled, junior level Data Analyst with visualization expertise to join their team, focusing on analyzing, integrating, and visualizing data from various authoritative sources within the military healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will also possess strong coding abilities, experience with data manipulation, and a willingness to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. \n Responsibilities:Analyze data and interpret results using statistical techniques.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to support decision-making.Navigate/extract from databases, data collection systems, and other data strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively present findings to stakeholders.Deliver intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for client tools and reports. Required Skills and Abilities:Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Alternatively, experience participating in federal programs as a government employee or contractor may be acceptable.Possess, or be able to obtain, a SECRET-level security clearance.Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis.Expertise in extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data using SQL and relational databases.Familiarity with statistical methodsAbility to translate complex information into accessible, actionable insights and visuals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems effectively Desired Skills and Abilities:Tableau certification or Qlik experienceFamiliarity with Advana (Jupiter)Familiarity with predictive analytics
