We are on the lookout for a seasoned Data and Analytics Consultant to enhance our team's capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into insights and actions, with a strong foundation in the Microsoft technology suite, especially Power BI and Power Automate. Your expertise in data visualization, analytics, Microsoft Excel, and SQL will empower our clients to make informed, data-driven decisions. Familiarity with SharePoint will be considered an asset. With at least 5 years of experience under your belt, you'll be joining a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of data visualization strategies using Microsoft Power BI, ensuring insights are clear and impactful.Utilize Microsoft Power Automate to streamline and automate data processes, increasing operational efficiency.Create, maintain, and optimize complex Excel models for advanced data analysis and reporting.Engage with stakeholders to precisely understand their data requirements and craft bespoke analytics solutions.Perform rigorous data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Manage SQL and SharePoint (preferred) for efficient data storage, retrieval, and integrity.Keep abreast of the latest in data analytics and visualization technologies, continually enhancing our offerings.Conduct workshops and training sessions on best practices in data analytics and visualization for both clients and internal teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.Preferred: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent consulting experience.5+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics.Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.Solid understanding of SQL for effective data querying and analysis.Experience with SharePoint is a significant plus.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights.Interested in the role?Amplytics values diverse experiences and the drive to learn over a perfect skill match.
