Responsibilities: Lead the development and maintenance of the Operations Scorecard, including data feeds and analysis for different workstreams.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting of KPIs and scorecards.Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely data capture and automation of data transfer.Manage data sources across categories such as People, Quality, Safety, Service Delivery, and Cost.Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards for operations workstreams.Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data automation and integration; Knowledge of industry-specific data sources and metrics; Familiarity with environmental health and safety (EHS) and sustainability metrics.
