Job Description This is a role that will support Commercial and Finance function in various relevant administration and data processing and analysis activities to help Commercial and Finance functions allocate very limited current resources smartly and appropriately to most impact-delivering tasks.ResponsibilititesMonthly aggregation of data from distributors on pharmacy sales, by product, by month, pharmacy mapping, or ad-hoc analysis of sales in unitsBenepali monthly sales summary for the BBU teamChecking and editing (according to the template) documents, contracts, package leaflets and other ad hoc reports for the Regulatory/Governance functionEntering and checking selected documents for ESE (CV, contracts and other documents, checking ESE before closing)Processing of NBS reports and monthly reports for SU SRControl of Physical Invoices (1-2x a year), control of their uploading to the system for the purposes of HCP reporting/reporting to NCZI, etc.Solving ad hoc problems and HCP changes with GBS (our support for Veeva)Preparation of ad hoc reports from Veeva (names, addresses, email, mdm numbers...)eeva (names, addresses, email, mdm numbers...)QualificationsBachelor's/Master's DegreeMS Office: Excel, Word very goodBasics of financial backgroundAdditional InformationWhy Biogen?Our mission to find therapies for neurological and rare diseases is a unique focus within our industry and this shared purpose is what connects us as a team.
