We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate information while also maintaining our data integrity.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering customer information, managing and updating databases, and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Strong attention to detail is essential as you will be required to validate data and check for discrepancies.

Pay Range:

$25.60 - $35.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry into our customer database and management systems.Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.Validate and verify customer data entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.Assist in maintaining organized records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.Generate reports based on customer data and provide insights to the management team.Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and customer service protocols.Provide support in troubleshooting data-related issues and escalate them as necessary. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or customer service are a plus.Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
