Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our organization.
You will be responsible for inputting data into various systems, ensuring data integrity, and performing data verification tasks.
This is a Contract opportunity located near Downers Grove, IL.


Responsibilities: Accurately input data into specified databases and spreadsheets.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain data consistency and integrity.
Review and correct data errors.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Implement data quality control procedures.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Retrieve and distribute documents as needed.
Generate reports and summaries from data.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes.
Suggest and implement process enhancements.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in data entry and keyboard skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Ability to follow instructions and adhere to deadlines Good organizational and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent Job Details: Contract Monday-Friday Pay is $20-$22 an hour, depending on experience
