The Team The Data Services team designs, builds and maintains the infrastructure that allows BCLC to collect, store, and analyze large volumes of data. They work on creating data pipelines that transform raw data into a usable format for data scientists and analysts to conduct advanced analytics for BCLC.
In essence, data integration specialists lay the groundwork for data-driven decision-making by ensuring that data is accessible, reliable, and ready for analysis.
The team is part of our Business Technology (BT) department, which is the backbone of our organization, managing technology infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring cybersecurity, and driving innovation.

The Role As a Data Integration Specialist 3, you will design, develop, and maintain BCLC's data integration solutions. Your responsibilities include developing ETL workflows (ensuring data quality), supporting and administering the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) platforms, and collaborating with other Data Integration Specialists, Data analysts and management to meet data requirements.
This role requires a thorough understanding of data integration concepts, SQL, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn, research and grow in a fast-paced environment. This position may also involve being scheduled for paid standby on a rotation outside of business hours, ensuring 24/7 support.
