Our client is a North American leader in the finance and lending space. They are seeking a Data Marketing Analyst to join their team and support digital analytic initiatives.
In this role, you will: Conduct comprehensive analysis of trends in core KPIs, identifying outliers and determining driving factors of marketing channel and product line performance shifts.Work with multiple data sources to clean, merge, and analyze results using SQL and Excel.Proactively identify areas of opportunity for growth and optimizations across marketing channels to increase performance.Support day-to-day operations with data-driven insights.Collaborate cross-functionally to understand team leaders' needs and provide data-backed recommendations.Special Perks: Remote friendly.Hardware setup.Must Have Skills: 3+ years of experience in an analytical-focused role supporting marketing and business initiatives.Proficient in SQL to allow for basic querying and joining of data sets.Ability to work with multiple data sources to clean, merge, and analyze results in Excel.Comprehensive analysis of trends in core KPIs, ability to identify outliers, problem solve, and determine driving factors of marketing channel/product line performance shifts.Proactive in finding areas of opportunity for growth or optimizations across marketing channels to increase performance.Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally in understanding the needs of team leaders and being able to support day-to-day operations with data.Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with financial lending principles and processes.
