Job Details Responsibilities: Verifies and maintain an accurate Database for all facilities.
Enters in all B.M.E.
and Vendor equipment service reports accurately, and professionally for all facilities to ensure an accurate equipment service history.
All monthly service reports will be entered in by end of the first week of the following month in order to make EOC deadlines.
Maintains timely Vendor PM scheduling and documentation for all facilities.
Reviews and manages ECRIOther Health device Alerts and checks medical equipment inventory for presence in all facilities.
Distributes the HDAs to proper department heads and verify that proper corrective action has been completed.
Generates monthly reports to assist in the EOC Committee reporting.
Verifies and correct all vendors invoicing.
Maintains Payroll records.
Tracks all Incoming Inspection forms and enters accurately pertinent data into equipment database.
Files all BiomedVendor PM, Service reports, Incoming Inspections, documentation in a timely fashion for all facilities.
Completes all monthly equipment additions by end of the month.
Enters all P.O.
numbers, Purchase costs, Warranty information etc.
accurately in equipment database.
Able and willing to work additional and or supplemental hours than normally scheduled to accommodate work load and or special projects.
TrackMaintain Life Support equipment PMs with 100% compliance in the month due for all facilities.
MaintainsOrders office supply stock for department.
Records hours worked in departmental daily time log at the end of each working day.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree required Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, database management and Report Writing Minimum five (5) years experience in Hospital Information Management/Technology with Supervisory/Administrative experience preferred.
Strong oral and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational skills and attention to details Knowledge of medical terminology Must be experienced in data entry, must be able to multi-task and deliver strong service of excellence.
Salary Range USD $25.81 - USD $36.14 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
