Writing and verbal communication in both Japanese and English will also be required.

Our goal is to serve customers in their online shopping journey, deliver their purchase as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible. We work closely with FC, AMZL, Transportation, DEX, and WW tech teams.

Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- Business-level English proficiency (able to lead meetings)Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field- Business-level Japanese proficiency(able to lead meetings)- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
