Meet Your Team: Demand Partnerships It's not just about who you know. It's about what you know about who you know. The Demand Partnerships team connects premium advertisers with the very users who will love their mobile games. By focusing on building lasting advertiser relationships, this team drives our ad platform forward, ensuring apps reach and exceed their growth goals and connecting them with hundreds of millions of monthly active users. Whether that's with our new programmatic ad platform or Playtime ad unit.
\n What Will You Do:You will identify and evaluate potential game advertisers to adopt adjoe's UA solutionYou will onboard and maintain strong relationships with new advertisersYou will monitor and track sales activities, pipeline status, and KPIs of new partnersYou will develop a compelling storyline and pitch presentation for prospectsYou will attend conferences and meet potential partnersYou will work cross-functionally to help internal and external stakeholders reach company goals Who You Are:You have 3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in ad tech space You have an understanding of ad tech KPIs You have a strong and maintained network of partners ideally in the performance marketing/user acquisition space You have a strong network and understanding of the mobile media buying ecosystemYou are organized, methodical with good communication skills and a consultative approachYou are a team player and ability to adapt to a growing companyYou have great verbal and written communication skills in EnglishYou are an expert in Gsuite and have experience using SalesforceYou have a can-do "make it happen" attitudeYou are a self-starter with a strong work ethic Heard of Our Perks?Work-Life Package: 2 remote days per week, 30 vacation days, 3 weeks per year of remote work, flexible working hours, office in the heart of Boston.Physical & Mental Health Package: On-site free gym + substantial reimbursement program for at-home gym equipment.Activity Package: Regular team and company events, bi-annual trips to HQ in Hamburg, Germany!Education Package: Opportunities to boost your professional development with courses and trainings directly connected to your career goals Wealth building: virtual stock options for all our regular employees, + 401K matchingFree of charge access to our EAP (Employee Assistance Program) which is a counseling service designed to support your mental health and well-being
