Description
Full Time - 36 hours/week
Schedule: Monday 8:00-8:00, Tues & Wed 8:00-4:30 and Thurs 8:00-5:00
Department: Behavioral Health
The Department Secretary reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
* Provides administrative support for department and management team.
* Performs procedural scheduling, patient registration, medical record management, billing and supports department operations.
Qualifications
Required:
* Five or more years experience in clerical and administrative position.
* High School Graduate or equivalent.
Preferred:
* Hospital-based experience.
