Deputy Store Manager

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum plus contributory pension + bonus + staff discount + two weekends off per month

The role of deputy store manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales through delivering the highest standards of service. This business strives to deliver an elevated level of service that you won't find on the high street. Alongside driving service, you'll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team. This role is unlike no other and requires an outgoing, highly motivated, and excellent people manager to be successful in the role.

In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £35,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £4,200 per year. Tired of working long hours and every weekend?
