DESIGN PROJECT COORDINATOR Passion, Inc.
OBJECTIVE To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The role of Design Project Coordinator will oversee the trafficking, resourcing, and prioritization of all incoming and outgoing requests for the design team. This role will ensure all designs are created and released to proper specifications and channels on-time and at an excellent standard. Through this effective management they will contribute to the strengthening of the Passion brand. Working closely with the Creative Operations Lead, the coordinator will establish a seamless process for the design team and implement best practices across print, digital, and social media assets. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining schedules for new projects, assigning tasks to designers based on their availability, skills, and project priorities within Asana.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage intake of requests for the Design team, ensure requests are submitted with appropriate detail and information, and assign resources and work effectively. While overseeing projects with the Designers day- to-day and workflow and effectively setting up the team for success, the Design team will be free to work at the highest level of productivity and creativity.
• Coordinate interaction and relationships of the Design team by working to dictate and set a project calendar. This will include assigning resources, equipment and teams to projects and tracking their progress to ensure that we meet agreed upon targets. It will also involve revising and modifying the calendar as new projects or urgent jobs take priority.
• Act as quality control of all completed projects to ensure the requirements and expectations of the request have been met before exporting deliverables to teams.
• Fulfilling file/image requests as needed. Archiving and overseeing an organized filing system.
• Manage administrative responsibilities such as filing receipts, expense reports, processing invoices, etc. for design team related items, and any other additional tasks that are added by the Creative Operations Lead including event responsibilities.

REPORTS TO Creative Operations Lead
AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL 2-3 years of experience in project management, with the ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous setting. Detail-oriented with an understanding of working in a faith-based context. Experience in digital and print marketing, graphic design, and communications is essential, while familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. A positive, team-focused, and kingdom-minded individual who demonstrates initiative, organization, and accuracy while contributing to creative design content that inspires fresh encounters with Jesus.
