The potential candidate must be reasonably adept in troubleshooting problems with some or all of these types of devices, communicating and follow-up with end users of various levels within the organization, along with providing excellent customer service.
Supporting roughly 300 end users (Global Logistics associates) with approximately 25 tickets per shift, per person.
