Job Description
What you'll do

Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.

Collaborate with the product owner to define product backlog items, prioritize them, and ensure they are ready for the development team.

Work with the development team to properly articulate work into backlog items, identify team efficiencies and ensure backlog items are completed on time.

Identify and remove impediments that are blocking the team's progress.

Track and report on sprint progress and team velocity.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and help the team to identify areas for improvement.

Coach and mentor, the development team on Agile methodology and Scrum framework.

Customize Jira (or other agile tool) dashboards to review key metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.


Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree or higher
Project Management with Agile (Certificate)
Scrum Master Certification SAFe® 6 Scrum Master (Certificate), Scaled Agile Framework
2+ years' experience in Project Management
Preferred Qualifications

Highly motivated self-starter
Ability to think "outside the box" to generate feasible and beneficial solutions to tackle complex problems
Ability to generate new ideas to improve upon existing (legacy/traditional) program management tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Word in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration and communication is key
