Run certification process of adding the Dash 8 to the Sterling Airways certificateManage the certification efforts with the FAACoordinate efforts between internal 119 team and FAAManage and promote safety within the organization, facilitating hazard identification and safety risk analysis, monitor the effectiveness of safety risk controls and ensure safety promotion throughout the pilot groupCoordinate with Operations and Maintenance to integrate procedures into aircraft operations that intersect with ground ops and maintenance, finding solutions that may require modifying aircraft as possible for airframe longevity or better system operationsCreate programs to effectively manage flight crew operations, creating new processes or modifications to streamline operationsCoordinate with the training department to enhance our training processes Salary commensurate with experience.
